2024 Youth Football and Cheer Registration

Registration for the 2024 fall football season is now open!  We are still processing via online registrations but will require additional paperwork to be filled out which will be handed to parents at the start of the season.  Please see below for the steps needed to register your child for football or cheer.

1. Go to the Online Registration site, click here for quick access.
2. Create an account if you do not already have one.
3. Register your child by clicking Register My Player.
4. Follow the prompts from here, you can register more than one at a time.
5. Steps 6 and 7 are needed for each child you are registering.

Please note, all athletes will be required to have a copy of their birth certificate and last report card.  For more information on registration, you can see the flyer below, click on Download PDF to download a copy to your device.

Important!

If you are registering using NOW, please be sure to complete the entire registration process, however, leave the order in your cart and do not check out.  Once you have your approval from your NOW application, please email it to plainfieldyouthpanthers@gmail.com.
